Valtier Media LLC does not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in data, and does not share this information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and opt-in data will not be transferred to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We share SMS-related data only with service providers necessary to operate the messaging system, such as telecommunications, automation, and infrastructure providers, and only to provide the messaging service on our behalf. These providers may not use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

By selecting Continue in our agent funnel, you request email assistance and reminders to complete your registration and begin your first trial, as explained beside the button. We record this request, its version, source, timestamp and email address; we do not record a checked checkbox or SMS consent. Registration and trial SMS requires separately documented express consent. Providing a phone number, continuing the funnel or booking a meeting does not enroll you in marketing SMS. You can unsubscribe from email through the link in each message. We also store browser-reported video progress and your optional selected question to help you resume and receive relevant assistance.
