This website presents services for businesses buying calls from Spanish-speaking consumers interested in Final Expense coverage in the United States. We do not offer insurance products or insurance advice through this website. Its content is not a recommendation to purchase insurance.

Booking a call or sending an inquiry does not create a payment obligation, guarantee acceptance as a client, or require either party to start a campaign. Before launch, pricing, call requirements, availability, delivery and payment terms, and remedies for potential breaches must be agreed in writing.

References to consumer interest, quality, or increased volume describe our approach. They do not guarantee any number of calls, sales, conversions, revenue, or other results. Agreed services are governed by the agreement signed by the parties.

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not impersonate others, share information without authorization, send spam or malicious code, disrupt the website, or attempt to access restricted systems or other people’s information.

Each business is responsible for assessing whether a campaign fits its needs, holding the necessary licenses and authorizations, and meeting the obligations that apply to its activities.

The name, branding, design, and original content belong to Valtier Media or their respective owners. You may view the website and retain copies for internal evaluation of our services. These terms do not authorize use of our brand or republication of content for sales or promotion without permission.

Bookings are managed through Calendly. This website may also link to third-party resources with their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or content.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information from this website and related inquiries is processed.

We work to keep the information useful and current, but it may change, contain errors, or be affected by interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, complete content, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Valtier Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this informational website. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, or replace obligations under a separate signed service agreement.

Valtier Media LLC sends SMS messages to remind users about meetings, appointments, or discovery calls they have booked themselves. Messages relate only to those meetings or appointments and associated operational communications requested by the user. This program does not send promotional or mass marketing messages.

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and expressly checking the SMS consent checkbox during the booking process, you agree to receive these SMS messages from Valtier Media LLC. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any products or services. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile phone number that you own or are authorized to use.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
