How does Valtier’s 90-second call billing rule work?
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Valtier offer confirmed by the owner on October 7, 2026. This is not independently audited performance evidence.
Book a discovery call →What happens at 89, 90, and 91 seconds?
| Tracked duration | Meets the duration requirement? |
|---|---|
| 89 seconds | No |
| Exactly 90 seconds | No |
| 91 seconds | Yes; other agreed qualification conditions still apply |
These examples refer to the duration reported by the relevant tracking system. They do not say when measurement begins or whether ringing, IVR, hold, and talk time are included.
When does the billing clock start?
That event has not yet been confirmed. Before funding, request the written definition used by the tracking setup. Distinguish the time a call is initiated, answered, connected to an agent, and ended. Also confirm whether fractional seconds are rounded and how the recorded duration relates to the billing decision. These are questions to resolve, not current operational claims.
Does a longer call automatically satisfy every rule?
No. Known routing requirements include Spanish Final Expense traffic, selected U.S. states where the buyer or receiving agents are appropriately licensed, and configured availability. Formal treatment of duplicates, wrong numbers, spam, geographic mismatches, disconnected calls, age criteria, and incorrect intent remains unresolved. A 91-second call clears the duration boundary; it does not establish a credit policy or guarantee a qualified application.
What evidence can you review for a disputed call?
Valtier provides recordings and call-level information through the platform. Ask which duration field controls the charge, which call identifier links the record to the funded balance, and how to report a discrepancy. Access to a recording is not a promise that a disputed call will be refunded or replaced.
How should you compare billing rules between offers?
Compare the measured event and qualification conditions as well as the number of seconds. An inclusive threshold and a strict greater-than threshold differ at the boundary. A connect window may measure a different event from conversation duration. Get the definition for the exact product you plan to buy; do not infer it from a label such as “buffer.”
Which related questions should you review?
What else should you know?
Is exactly 90 seconds billable at Valtier?
No. The current duration requirement is strictly more than 90 seconds.
Does 91 seconds meet the duration requirement?
Yes, if 91 seconds is the tracked duration. Other agreed qualification requirements still apply.
Does the clock definitely start when the agent answers?
That has not been confirmed. The start event and counted time must be defined in writing.
Are duplicate or wrong-number calls automatically credited?
No automatic-credit policy has been confirmed. Invalid-call rules and remedies remain unresolved.
Can I review recordings?
Recordings and call-level information are available through the platform. That access does not establish a refund or replacement entitlement.
